Delayed or Lost Items

*Deliveries worldwide are currently delayed due to Covid19. Please allow additional time for your order to arrive. Items are considered lost after 15 working days within the UK and 30 working days (6 calendar weeks) for the rest of the world. If your item has not arrived within this time, please contact me. No refunds or replacements will be sent before this time.

***Please check your delivery address carefully. If your order cannot be delivered to the address you provided and is returned to me you will be refunded the cost of the items you purchased but you will not be refunded the original shipping cost. If your order cannot be delivered to the address you provided and the item is not returned to me I will not issue a refund.***

Is shipping cost refundable if I return an item?

Original shipping charges are non-refundable in cases where the buyer refuses delivery or returns an item because they no longer want the item. The cost of items purchased will be refunded once they are returned in original, undamaged condition. If a buyer considers an item to be defective or not as described then I reserve the right to ask the buyer to return the item for inspection and quality control before any refund is issued (return shipping cost will be refunded in such cases).

Republic of Ireland Orders

There is an ongoing problem with parcels being returned by customs in the Republic of Ireland due to issues with the electronic customs clearance process since July of 2021. As there is currently no way to fix this problem I am sadly refusing to accept orders from the Republic of Ireland until further notice.
